Dream Factory was started in Orlando in 1999, when Paulo Cigagna and Jim Londeree saw the opportunity to put an analytical, results-driven spin on marketing and advertising. Bringing backgrounds in traditional advertising and the finance industry together, Dream Factory has always taken a consistent performance-based approach with clients.

An entrepreneur, creative director and advertising professional, Paulo has 22 years of industry experience developing integrated strategies and solutions that can be tracked and analyzed by combining a wide variety of marketing metrics and analytics with innovative creative.
As the Chief Executive Officer for Dream Factory, Paulo is a solutions-driven advertiser who has successfully developed international marketing programs for lead generation, direct sales, business development, corporate communications, branding and sales support. With extensive world travel and business experience throughout European, Caribbean and South American markets, Paulo has concentrated his efforts on migrating client brand messaging across international markets, giving the opportunity for Dream Factory clients to expand on a global scale.
Paulo holds a Bachelors and Masters in Communications from FAAP University in São Paulo, Brazil and an Executive MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, advertising, production and public relations, Jim’s primary tasks as the Chief Operating Officer at Dream Factory include process control, company management, lead generation, business development and the planning and execution of client and corporate initiatives.
As a part of the agency, Jim excels at developing brands and executing integrated marketing communications strategies across all promotional channels, including the measurement of business metrics and analytics for decision-making support. His work has spanned many industries including automotive, education, energy, financial brokerage, clearing services, hospitality, industrial, legal, medical, real estate, sports and technology.
Jim holds two Bachelors Degrees from the University of Central Florida, in History and Political Science, and a Certificate of Completion from Cambridge University in England. Active in the Central Florida business community, Jim Londeree is a member of the Central Florida Business Forum (CFBF) and Greater Orlando Business Network (GOBN), including serving as the president of this organization in 2008-2009 and 2011-2012.
With a brain that feeds on analytics but speaks with an artistic tongue, Monique weaves in-depth understanding of consumer behaviors and influences and creative elements into each business strategy she helps develop. Monique’s diverse background and interests are what led her to develop extensive skills in business strategy, content fabrication and graphic design.
As Head of Business & Marketing Strategies, Monique leads the marketing department and its members in the conceptualization and execution of all short and long-term client strategies, as well as oversees the client’s voice and brand identity within each individual project to ensure they align with the client’s business goals and initiatives.
Monique has always been academically driven, with a belief in never ending the learning process. Graduating valedictorian, she went off to the University of Virginia where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and in Media Studies. With the “entrepreneurial bug” Monique ventured down to the sunshine state to gain knowledge in every aspect of business, acquiring her MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentrated in Marketing and in Management.
As a liaison between Dream Factory and its clients, Sarah focuses on being a transparent and reliable source for the clients to communicate with, as well as assisting with streamlining production operations within the agency.
Sarah’s responsibilities as an Account Manager include daily interactions with the client, help in developing and executing marketing initiatives, quality assessment of brand consistency and goals of deliverables, hosting brainstorming and strategic sessions internally and between Dream Factory and the clients and create and maintain detailed monthly hours and production reports per client.
An Orlando native, Sarah graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications. She joined Dream Factory with experience in event and project management at the American Heart Association, Orlando Health and Golden Living.
Fueled by a love of writing and armed with expertise in communications, as an Account Manager, Morgan oversees client initiatives and projects from beginning to end. Her responsibility is to guarantee that our clients receive the highest quality of service with above average results.
Serving as the point of contact between our team and the client, Morgan ensures that all deadlines are met, visions are executed and results are collectively shared. Her daily routine consists of coordinating the logistics of projects, tracking account hours and collaborating with clients on a personal level. Her role demands that she comprehensively know the ins and outs of her client’s brand and objectives.
Home-grown in Florida, Morgan received her bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, as well as minors in Hospitality Management and Business Management. With numerous successful campaigns under her belt, she brings a true passion for the industry to the Dream Factory. If not found behind her desk, you can assume she is with her beloved golden retrievers or traveling to quench her thirst of adventure.
Detail-oriented and with a primary focus in the management perspective of business, as the Operations Coordinator at Dream Factory, Poly provides support to management in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.
Poly is a proficient user of our web-based timesheet application which allows her to coordinate the work flow between departments and analyze performance. She has an eye for detail and is quickly able to identify problems and participates in the implementation of strategic plans for improvements. To ensure both clients’ and company’s goals and expectations are constantly being met, Poly is responsible for creating reports to oversee, control and manage business operations.
Originally from South America’s largest city, São Paulo, Brazil, Poly moved with her family to the United States at a very young age to pursue a better lifestyle and education. She earned her B.S.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, lifting weights and spending time outdoors.
With a personality as vibrant as her hair, Diane has a tenacity and passion for life that translates into her design and work ethic. Graduating from Flagler College with a Bachelor’s degree in both Graphic Design and Fine Arts, she has successfully worked in the industry in both freelance and team positions.
When not creating dynamic designs for the Dream Factory, Diane can be found discovering her new favorite song or enjoying a good book with her favorite feline, Monroe. She enjoys days at the beach with her best friend or episodes from her favorite TV show, Chuck. She’s addicted to typography, coffee and all things Star Wars.
Conquering agency life since the age of 16, Robin is a ‘Jill’-of-all-trades in the world of marketing, using her adaptability to succeed in numerous avenues. From cultivating digital advertising campaigns, streamlining sales processes, to constructing comprehensive marketing strategies for our clientele, Robin is Dream Factory’s dependable dynamo.
When Robin isn’t in the kitchen whipping up some delicious plant-based grub, you can find her sifting through goodies at a local thrift store or smothering her two cats with love.
Motivated by her love of learning, Cadie’s passions involve design and development, motion graphics and video production, as well as creative problem solving to deliver streamlined visual solutions for clients across all industries.
After graduating from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Arts & Design, she began her career with Dream Factory, and quickly positioned herself as a strategy-oriented multimedia designer. Cadie spends her free time reading, advancing her education and crocheting sweaters for her boxer, Pearl.
A passionate writer and analytical thinker, Marisa enjoys cultivating strategies that best develop a business’ goals and allow for a wide range of marketing opportunities. Graduating from the University of Florida with a B.A. in English and a B.F.A. in Art and Technology, she understands how to give meaning to a project in both written and visual mediums.
When not crafting creative copy or looking up current marketing crazes, Marisa enjoys spending her time drinking too much coffee, reading whatever fictional novel she can get her hands on and fencing (the sport. She doesn’t enjoy building fences).
